Service Description

La Técnica AFROCUBANA is that perfect class to build exquisite grounds for the Afro-Cuban Dances. Each class involves technically described movements with a second part that includes floorwork. Here the movements get divided, allowing us to build a solid foundation from the importance of respiration to the body balance. All the learned movements will be later applied to the center space, introducing the steps of the Santeria Gods.
