Service Description

La Técnica AFROCUBANA is that perfect class to build exquisite grounds for the Afro-Cuban Dances. Each class involves technically described movements with a second part that includes floorwork. Here the movements get divided, allowing us to build a solid foundation from the importance of respiration to the body balance. All the learned movements will be later applied to the center space, introducing the basic steps of the Santeria Gods.
